Join Valerie Dosland for an engaging and informative session designed to help members strengthen their advocacy skills and stay informed on key issues at the Capitol. This workshop will cover why advocacy matters, how to effectively connect with elected officials, and provide an overview of the Minnesota Legislature. You’ll also hear insights from a guest legislator and the MASBO Legislative Committee. Informational materials—including a PowerPoint presentation and a “Preparing Your Story” handout—will be provided to support your continued advocacy efforts.
