Every school and district relies on many people working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and the way we communicate in those everyday interactions matters. In a time of rising social and cultural tension, the Dignity Index offers a simple, research-backed framework to help every member of a school or district team respond to disagreement in ways that strengthen connection rather than erode it. Whether you interact with students, families, colleagues, or the broader community, this session introduces practical language and strategies that help ease division and solve problems to create more collaborative, dignity-centered school communities.
